What? Don't know how she is and why she is here?
Okay.. Madonna was meant to be Sonic's Girlfriend and Sonic was meant to save her in the very first Sonic game. Sega changed there minds and she disspeared. This isn't too bad an image of her feeling herself remembering what could have been.
